World class experience.
Under the surface of every kiosk is a pipeline that fuses XRF spectrometry, computer vision, weight calibration, and LBMA-synced pricing to deliver a transaction-ready valuation — accurate to ±0.3% versus assay, auditable end-to-end.
How the machine values a piece of gold.
Identify
Computer vision classifies the item (coin, bar, jewelry class, dental) and flags anomalies — solder lines, rhodium plating, tungsten-core counterfeits — before they reach the XRF stage.
Weigh
High-precision load cell measures to 0.01g, cross-calibrated hourly against a built-in NIST-traceable reference mass. Temperature-compensated for fleet stability.
Scan
Dual-energy XRF fires at up to eight points per item. Purity is measured directly, not inferred. The spectrum is stored for audit for seven years.
Cross-check
The valuation model reconciles vision, weight, and XRF results. If any two disagree beyond tolerance, the machine holds the item for human review. No transaction proceeds on thin data.
Price
LBMA spot is polled every 15 seconds. Final offer = (mass × purity × spot) − transparent refining fee. No negotiation, no hidden spread.
Pay
Customer accepts in-app. Funds settle over bank rails (or to card) within 60 seconds. The item is sealed into a tamper-evident pouch and routed to the partner refinery.
Audited against independent assay.
Every production quarter, a third-party assayer tests a blind sample of 500 items that passed through our fleet. Our reported purity versus their assay is the number we hold ourselves to.
