Every kiosk is a capital asset that throws off fees on every transaction. Hardware gross margin is 62% on the standard unit. Platform revenue is a 1.8% transaction fee on LBMA-priced spot value, plus a $6k/unit/year license for cloud access and fleet telemetry. Partners operate the asset; we operate the platform. That split lets us scale the network without carrying inventory risk.
